Brooklyn’s been the new Manhattan for the last 10 years. Today we can say that downtown Manhattan moved to Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo. The areas are not only are safe, they just plain amazing—with chic and stylish communities, the best dining and shopping, and the most picturesque tree-lined streets.

ARE THE BOND SUITES SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES?

The Bond Townhouses offer stays that are not only suitable for families, they are just a dream! 50% of our guest are actually families with kids who want to enjoy the safe and chic locations, with private access to beautiful gardens. Unlike so many other residences, we offer full-floor two-bedroom apartments with a full kitchen, plenty of storage, washer and dryers, and concierge. For families, Cobble Hill is ideal.

WHAT DOES“SERVICED”APARTMENT MEAN?

There are thousands of random furnished rentals in New York, most of them in dull locations. At the Bond, we provide luxury renovated apartments, furnished with style, fully equipped and serviced. It’s like living in an apartment, with all the amenities of a hotel. Weekly rates starts from $2000 up to $4000, all-inclusive for a two-bedroom space. Fully serviced really means: all you need to bring is your suitcase!

WHAT IS A SHORT-TERM LEASE?

We offer leases from one to three months, unlike the month-to-month leases offered by other apartments. We provide stylish luxury stays with a wide range of services and rates between $2000 to $4000 a week up to three-month maximum stay.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BOND TOWNHOUSE AND ANY OTHERS FURNISHED RENTALS COMPANIES?

We are a boutique company that prioritizes design, style and location. We do not offer low-end apartments renovated by and staged by landlords and management companies without sense of attention and taste. We meticulously designers and develop each of our properties with leading architects and a design team committed to comfort and aesthetics.

TELL ME ABOUT THE LOCATION OF THE BOND TOWNHOUSE.

We are not a management company that works for landlords trying to fill up vacancies in random locations where none wants to go. We scout buildings in the most classiest most beautiful locations in the city, and then develop our projects with esteemed design partners.You will find the neighborhood safe and attractive with easy access to Manhattan and other locations. Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill are among the most chic neighborhoods in Brooklyn, a five-minute train ride from the city.

WHY IS THE BOND IN BROOKLYN?

Brooklyn was the new Manhattan ten years ago. Today after the pandemic, we have noticed that 1/3 of Manhattan has moved to Brooklyn to enjoy beautiful tree-lined streets, a vibrant community, and access to the best dining, independent boutiques, and outdoor spaces. Yes outdoor spaces! We have designed and curated the most beautiful gardens in the city and strive to bring the outdoors indoors, especially during this time. We believe that luxurious gardens allow you to experience Brooklyn at his best and escape the cluttered and claustrophobic airbnbs of Manhattan.

HOW FAR IS THE BOND FROM MANHATTAN?

The Bond townhouses are on Bergen Street, just off the F train, 3 stops from Manhattan. We have scouted these locations carefully, to find the peaceful and elegant neighborhood people enjoy—with plenty of outdoor space—while remaining a stone’s throw from Manhattan. Some of our guests bike across the Brooklyn Bridge each morning to reach Wall Street.

HOW DO I STAY AT THE BOND TOWNHOUSES?

We are a membership house with the following options:

  • Non-members access:  please fill out the form here
  • Members can book directly online by entering the personal coupon. We do not assess an application fee for members and you can apply  here. Usually is granted after the first stay, if you are one of the returning guests planning to use the  Bond as Pied-a-terre or corporate housing.
  • Non membership stays are regulated by the “30 days membership lease”  
  • Guests may stay a maximum of three consecutive months. There is no yearly limit, but guests cannot extend beyond three months at a time. For any stays between 30 days and 90 days you need to have a “membership lease”, which is a formal document that grants you right to stay.
  • Corporate housing stays are not regulated by the membership access, and they are arranged directly with the companies.

WHAT IS A PIED A TERRE USE?

The Bond Townhouse Hospitality group collaborated with Mysuites & Co in the development of the Bond. They are the company that has set a new trend for “pied-à-terre living” in New York City since 2009.

The idea of a pied-à-terre at the Bond is very simple. You have a home in New York and you pay for you stay, that’s it. No maintenance fees, no utility bills, no management hassle, no cleaning. And yes is the same suite all the time, the one you choose.

With your membership lease.

This is made possible through your membership lease, which works like a country club membership. We screen and run background checks on all of our applications. It is free to apply and applications are usually processed within 48 hours at our discretion.You won’t deal with any hassle from property management – we handle it all. Your home-share property will always be clean and ready, stocked with kitchen basics, and you will enjoy additional services on request, like maid service, spa, concierge, and so much more. We personalize every detail so it will always feel like home!

HOW DO I BOOK OR CANCEL?

You can make your reservation via email. Simply fill out a reservation form for a trial pass if this is your first time. Members simply email the dates they intend to stay and include their membership ID number.

DO I HAVE A FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Members do have several options for flexible check-in and check-out. You may check in yourself and store luggage at any time. Other guests must coordinate with concierge for check-in and check-out times.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE GARDENS?

Access to the Bond gardens is free and reserved for guests only. Gardens are private and solely accessible through the townhouses. If you are staying at the Bond you have a guaranteed access to the garden. Depending on the suites you have booked, or the status of the membership, you’ll enjoy either private access or exclusive access.
