All our reservations are confirmed for a 30-day rental period, regardless of whether it’s for Class A or Class B buildings. Non-member reservations are made under a membership lease agreement, with options for 30 days, 60 days, or a maximum of 90 days.
Please note that our website displays a minimum stay of 7 nights, primarily to simplify the booking process for multiple-week stays and offer cost-effective options.
Our rates are structured to provide progressive discounts based on the length of your stay. For instance, a one-week stay enjoys a 10% discount, two weeks receive a 20% discount, three weeks qualify for a 30% discount, and a full month stay receives a 40% discount. When you input check-in and check-out dates for multiple weeks, the system will automatically calculate and apply the applicable discounted rate.
