We had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse for nearly three months, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The building was incredibly quiet, the location was perfect, and Kristina and her team were outstanding. They were always communicative, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. It was such an enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering this property!

This rental was excellent for an extended stay. The management was incredibly accommodating, and we truly felt well cared for throughout our time here. The location is ideal, and we couldn’t speak highly enough of how well they catered to our needs.

We stayed in the Hem Suite for three weeks after moving back to Brooklyn from Europe and it was great. Our son loved the playground across the street, the weekly cleaning service was stellar and communication with the hosts was perfect. The AC's were also so nice and cool in the summer. Great proximity to groceries and restaurants--would recommend. It was perfect for our family of three.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Penthouse. Kristina ( the host ) it’s an absolutely angel and very easy to communicate with. Location is espetacular, close to cafes, shops and various subways stations to take within 10 min walk tops. The Penthouse it self is well maintained, beautifully decorated and the most important, THE MATTRESSES/ BEDS were extremely comfortable! Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hem Suite this Summer. The service was incredible, with meticulous attention to detail. The location is perfect - surrounded by great restaurants yet situated on a quiet block. Several subway stations are within a few minutes' walking distance. We are definitely coming back!

We stayed there 4 weeks. Great location, beautiful apartment. Clean, sunny, you have all you need, no clutters. Weekly cleaning service. Kristina (host) was so friendly and helpful. The property close to the restaurants, cafes, public transportation, yoga. Nice neighborhood, safe and quiet. We love a huge patio. Highly recommend! We definitely want to come back.
