We are located in Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, one of the most sought-after areas in Brooklyn, just 8 minutes away, by train, from SoHo in Manhattan, and we offer stylish stays in furnished and serviced Boutique townhouses with beautiful landscaped private gardens.
The core of of our mission is the guest’s lifestyle experience. We combine the world of luxury serviced apartments and Boutique Hotels, with a focus on design. We strive to create a sense of understated luxury in an urban oasis of peace and design.

We stayed in the Hem Suite for three weeks after moving back to Brooklyn from Europe and it was great. Our son loved the playground across the street, the weekly cleaning service was stellar and communication with the hosts was perfect. The AC's were also so nice and cool in the summer. Great proximity to groceries and restaurants--would recommend. It was perfect for our family of three.

I decided to spend 3 months of the summer in Brooklyn and needed a fully furnished place to stay in. When I found Bond Townhouse, I was extremely excited - it had everything I needed and was in the perfect location. Close to Smith St (which is full of restaurants and small boutique stores), close to multiple different subway lines, and truly just on a beautiful block. I stayed in the top floor unit which looked exactly like the photos online. Each week, someone comes to remove the trash and change the bed sheets which gives you a hotel feeling that makes your trip even more wonderful. Kristina (concierge) was very responsive to any and all needs during my stay! I will certainly be coming back to stay at Bond Townhouse!

This rental was excellent for an extended stay. The management was incredibly accommodating, and we truly felt well cared for throughout our time here. The location is ideal, and we couldn’t speak highly enough of how well they catered to our needs.

I rented the Penthouse and Garden Suites to accommodate my family for a NYC Christmas family gathering. I wanted a space that had garden so that we could convene outdoors given the spike in Covid. The Bond Townhouse is a beautifully designed townhouse in the center of Boerum Hill which was close to my sister who lives in Park Slope, and super accessible to Brooklyn Heights, downtown Brooklyn and the promenade/ DUMBO areas. I highly recommend it as they have a great team that is responsive, professional and super attentive. And their cleaning lady Nelly did a great job at offering housekeeping services during our two week stay.

I am a brand manager for Estée Lauder in Paris and I travel to NYC often. I was looking for a pied-a-terre in NYC I could use when visiting for business. I found the concept of the Membership leases at the Bond Townhouse perfect for my situation. I spent more than 6 weeks overall and I was able to stay at the Garden suite twice. I had a great experience, I loved my suites, super cozy and warm, with an exceptional view on the garden. Kristina, the concierge is very nice and welcoming. Best part: location! Unbeatable Brooklyn location on the F train, 3 stops from Manhattan and one stop Dumbo, You cant ask for better. Merci! I'll be back as soon as soon as we're able to travel the world again !
