We are a small Boutique Membership House offering luxury short-term rentals, and we open to Non-Members.
We are located in Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, one of the most sought-after areas in Brooklyn, just 8 minutes away, by train, from SoHo in Manhattan, and we offer stylish, furnished and serviced Boutique townhouses with beautiful landscaped private gardens.
The core of of our mission is the guest’s lifestyle experience. We combine the world of luxury serviced apartments and Boutique Hotels, with a focus on design. We strive to create a sense of understated luxury in an urban oasis of peace and design.

We stayed in the Hem Suite for an entire month while waiting for our apartment to be renovated, so we were familiar with some of the surrounding areas, but not this particular neighborhood. We were really impressed at how lovely the vibe was along this street, and the other neighborhoods that were within walking distance. It's such a quiet a peaceful neighborhood, but still has really great vibes and energy from the nearby homes and businesses. The unit is gorgeous, really clean, bright and airy. The windows in both the front and the back were super nice during the summer, and the AC was always really nice to come home to. We actually researched and bought the kitchen table and some of the dining chairs, because we liked them so much, and I'm considering the mattress. Service was really great and can be reached via text with nearly immediate responses. If you stay, our top food recommendations are La Vara (which is a short walk), and Rucola (which is around the corner). Barely Disfigured (on Smith Street) makes a great martini. Parking was really easy along Wyckoff, right in front of the unit. Citibikes are also around the corner, and the neighborhood is really conducive to biking. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

The host was astoundingly responsive and helpful. She even bought a desk for my son to work at! It's a comfortable, clean, cheerful apartment, and the neighborhood is as good as it gets in Brooklyn.

We loved our stay in the beautiful penthouse. The design, the cozy bedrooms and all the features of the kitchen as well as the beautiful garden. Several subway stations are within walking distance, so Manhattan is really easy to reach - if you ever want to leave the colorful surrounding of Boerum Hill with lots of unique shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back… Thank you!

I decided to spend 3 months of the summer in Brooklyn and needed a fully furnished place to stay in. When I found Bond Townhouse, I was extremely excited - it had everything I needed and was in the perfect location. Close to Smith St (which is full of restaurants and small boutique stores), close to multiple different subway lines, and truly just on a beautiful block. I stayed in the top floor unit which looked exactly like the photos online. Each week, someone comes to remove the trash and change the bed sheets which gives you a hotel feeling that makes your trip even more wonderful. Kristina (concierge) was very responsive to any and all needs during my stay! I will certainly be coming back to stay at Bond Townhouse!

We stayed at the Hemsuite for a couple of weeks and it was such a beautiful place to stay. From the amazing interior design to the green garden outside - it was a well thought out apartment. We had a wonderful time at the Bond TownHouse. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay at a great location.
